2 questions about translate and upload file system

Hello,

Two questions:
Before I buy the non-free version, I would like to know if there is any way to translate to another langage the buttons in the attached screenshots?

And if there is any way to have a popup box for uploading picture or at worst make review only available for registered user and avoid this not exceptionally beautiful menu on the bottom?
