Hello,

A few questions:

1) How do we set it up so that different locations have different minimums, etc. for free shipping? For example: 25 dollars for free shipping in the USA and 80 dollars for free shipping for all other locations (IE, international)

2) Right now, the bar is hitting our logo. How do we add a buffer or space between the bar and logo?
