coupon not showing in emails

    Hi ,

    i have seen in existing post in this forum that we have to mention this isn our email= Coupon code is “{coupon_code}”

    and i have set the percentage coupon also with 20% for 2 days.

    but in emails it is coming as blank.= Coupon code is “”

    can you please advice here
