Different shipping options are required in case of selling to more than one coun

Hello,
I want to sell to more than one country on my site. However, each country has different shipping on Aliexpress and some products are not sent to some countries. In this case, can I download a product I have specified with AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce for more than one different country at once? And can it alert the customer for policies that are not available for delivery?

What kind of structure should I create for such a situation?

There are sales to 18 countries on my site. However, not every product can be sent to every country on AliExpress and there are different shipping fees for different countries. How do I resolve this?

Or can I only sell to one country?
