Email functionality not working

Hi,

I’ve tested the email functionality. I put my email and won a prize but the email has not sent. I have not integrated with an external email provider. Does the email work without a third party email provider?

I have used one of our domain email addresses as a “from email”. Is there anything else I need to do?
