email templated not working

I have purchased WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery Premium and email templates both versions. on my WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery option i have two different templates for for email first remider and second reminder . its not working email template plugin with WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery Premium , please help me
