Email to specific Countries

Hi,

I need to send an email to a specific country (Spain). But on the other hand, I also have spanish emails to be sent to Latin America. However, the customer in spain receives the generic spanish email instead of the specific one for Spain.

Settings for generic spanish email: language set to “spanish”
Settings for Spain email: language set to “spanish” and country set to “Spain”.

Is this configuration not correct?
