header announcement ruining our experience

Hi,
I’ve just bought and tried out the plugin. We love it. Everything is perfect except for the top of page header. It doesn’t look good at all & is distracting. But there doesn’t seem to be any way to disable it. We tried removing the text, but it still shows with no text!
Can you please advice on this can be solved?
