Not able to edit product description and short description fields

Hello,
I’ve installed the premium version of Bulky on epicwholesale.com website. I went to edit a product’s description by double-clicking the cell in Bulky, however I do not see the pop-up dialog that enable me to edit the field. I use Bulky on our sister retail site with no problem (under development site called deezsmokeshop.com).
Please advise.
