Outlook issues

We have noticed a recent increase in tickets regarding the display of email templates on Outlook:

+ Email templates look bad on Windown outlook.
+ Font size not correct as edited.
+ Outlook App old version looks bad…

After a thorough review of the issue, we have reached the following conclusions:

+ We discovered that Outlook’s old version is no longer supported as detailed in this article.

+ Our plugin’s changelog reflects ongoing efforts to improve compatibility with Outlook new version. Despite no recent issues, debugging becomes challenging without manifestation.

+ Our testing across various devices revealed that the email templates in the free version often displayed incorrectly. Further investigation unveiled that the free version of our email template plugin is designed with basic functions, and in some specific cases, it may not display properly with outdated versions of Outlook.

Given Microsoft’s lack of support for outdated Outlook versions, we strongly recommend using currently supported versions.
