Subtotal Calculation Error When Discount Rules Are Set

I recently purchased the Bopo – WooCommerce Product Bundle Builder Premium plugin.
We have version 1.1.4.

We’ve already created some BOPO-type products and set up discount rules. However, while the discounts are visible on the products, the subtotal does not account for these discounts and calculates using the regular product price.

Also, in the emails sent by WooCommerce, all items appear with a price of 0, and only the subtotal and total are displayed.
