WPML translation – cannot get to work

Hello when I try suggestion about site language setting – its not working.
Basically I get only one language no matter what I do – also string translation in wpml is not working either not showing up in other languages.

To design your WooCommerce Coupon Box in other languages, please switch your site to respecting language(WPML or Polylang) before going to design or customize. Switching language during customize mode does not work.
