Extra rate, just for price showing

Hi! In Argentina we have a specific situation:
1 us dollar = 100 Argentina Pesos

But credit cards charge an extra 65% of taxes automatically.

So, what I need to do, is to show that 65% extra in my product price, but NOT charge it. I mean:

1 product is US$ 10
I need to show $AR 1650
But for Stripe, my payment platform, charge US$ 10.

So, client will se in his credit card statement $AR 1650 as a final price.

I know, Argentina is a crazy country 🙂

Is it possible to do with premium version of your plugin?
