Payments not processing due to Payment Receiving Preferences

I am in South Africa using Paypal and my international payments in USD, Pound and Euro are not auto processing due to the following, please assist:

>>>Multi-currency: You do not have a balance in the currency sent, and you do not have your Payment Receiving Preferences set to automatically convert and accept this payment. You must manually accept or deny this payment.<<<

Also, the currency conversion does not seem correct on all, see attached where the Euro converted correctly but not the Pound…Need help with the settings obviously please assist ASAP.
