Multible shipping Zones via IP Geotageting

We have severa shipping Zones set up for free shipping.

All with diffrent amounts:

EG Germany free shipping from 90€

Italy Free from 120€

Swiss free from 350€ ….

I want to set up a free shipping bar for all that 6 Zones we have set up, targeted via IP Geolocation. (see screenshot)

But i only can set up a bar for one Zone not for several ones? Or do i miss something here?
How can i set up the bar so it works for all zones acordingly.

So if someone from germany goes to the sire he gets the message x amount left to get free shipping (free form 90€)

&

If someone from italy goes to the page he gets the message x amount left to get free shipping (free form 120€)
