Invalid report

Hi guys , i used your plugin , i insert two mail and several spin.
Please get a look to:
Attachment 1 screenshot shows what we see inside the wordpress admin
Attachment 2 csv file downloaded from website with report function
if you inspect screenshot and csv you will findout the mistake :
screenshot is ok user 1 didn’t win user 2 won 2 times ….
csv file is wrong

please get a look as soon as possible. i need to use the plugin,
