How do we swap the separator?

Countries change between using the comma as a separator and decimals as a separator.

e.g. €25,00 vs $25.00

How do we update this in the plugin? Can either be a setting in the dashboard, or a filter, but need to auto-detect which countries use the decimal separator…otherwise those countries are going to think (at first glance) that a product is twenty-five-thousand dollars instead of simply twenty five dollars. Even if two zeros are there, at first glance, it may confuse a user and they will leave.
