Licence renewal not working

Hello,

We recently renewed our Multi Currency licence on Code Canyon, on the account rpalmer@safearth.com. The new licence shows in that account and my linked account, but the auto updates don’t seem to work on our live site (store.safearth.com/au/). They do seem to be working on our dev site though (store.safearth.dev/au/).

I’ve tried both the product keys in our dashboard and neither seems to work.
