Currency Rates are not updating

Hi there,

I’m able to enter base rates of exchange manually on the General tab, under “Rate Exchange Fee” which then works to display different prices on the front-end. However, when I click “Update All Rates” the rates do not change.

I purchased the premium version thinking maybe there was a glitch on the free version, but it is still not working. I’ve also tried changing the “Finance API” field to all the available options, and none of them update the rates.

I have the “Auto Update Exchange Rate” set to 30 minutes, hoping that it would update the figures, but while I continue to get “rate update” emails, they are all the same amount I plugged in manually, and have not changed in the last 36 hours.
