Flags not showing

I purchased the theme, and it appears, but the flags are not showing up to choose currency to pay in.
the triangle on the payment page does not do the drop down and the plus sign on the side doesn’t show flags either. Just a vague plus, and the fly out menu saying “Choose your currency” but nothing else.
I deactivated all other plugins, with no results.
