Does the plugin support subscriptions?

I am looking to have a fixed rate for subscriptions with this plugin. E.g. my customer in the US purchases a subscription in their currency for a fixed rate of $99, and each renewal payment is fixed at $99. Exchange rates at time of renewal are not taken into consideration. Essentially I want them to be always be billed for the fixed price I set for USD on the product. Is this possible?

Currently, my initial price of the product seems to stay the same, but my renewal price is different.
