Germanized “Shipped” Mail

Hi,

i use the plugin germanized in the PRO variant for legal security on the german market. Germanized adds shipments to the orders. Here you can change the status. For example to shipped. Germanized then triggers a separate mail to the customer. This template can not be edited in your customizer.

For me it would be enormously important that I can also optimize and customize this mail template in the Customizer.

Is there any possibility here?

Hi,

The plugin VillaTheme “Email Customizer” does not provide a template for the “Dispatched” mail from Germanized.

This is probably because your plugin does not support third party mails (we use the normal Woo API to register the email templates). There you would have to contact the email customizer provider in case of doubt or use a Germanized compatible customizer (according to the developer e.g. https://yaycommerce.com/yaymail-woocommerce-email-customizer/).

Is there a possibility to prepare the “sent” mail optically and contentwise as I would like to have it? If so, where do the changes have to be made?
