Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders.

Hello, I have created all necessary API keys, etc from trackingmore.com and connected to the plugin. I added one existing tracking ID which is currently in Transit to trackingmore.com for testing. But when I try to look up for this information from the interface I keep getting: “Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders.”
