Woo Discount Rules not working

We have three sites that we use Woo Discount Rules. We viewed the compatibility list prior to installing the free multi currency version for testing, and the documentation said it was compatible, but this seems to not be the case, as a customer support email said it will be in the next update, no timeline was given, which was a little unhelpful. But did say use this forum for a speedier outcome.

We are looking for a currency converter that works with Woo Discount Rules. Testing prior to purchasing the pro version. I have created a staging site to demonstrate the issue. When the currency is changed using the flag switching, it changes the default WooCommerce currencies for products, but the bulk purchase table which is generated by Woo Discount Rules only changes the currency symbol, but not the amount to reflect the price difference. Could you assist please?
