is there some way to more shipping locations, into one?

soo when i import product i want to have stock managment from more facilities, from spain from czech republic etc. but when ordering use the option that has stock avalaible,

for example
product has stock
CZE:10 pieces
HUN: 12 pieces

when customer orders, pick from the cheapest

if product has
CZE: 0 pieces
HUN:5 pieces

order from HUN

is this somehow possible? or am i forced to present option to customer to choose from where he can ship from
