Custom email template for Flexible PDF Coupons PRO

Hello,
I want to build an email template for Flexible PDF Coupons PRO that sends an email to the customer who purchases a gift card from us. I do not have an option to set the WC hook in the default template, so I am not sure if I can do that this way. Could I edit the default template and then export it to some files and put it into FTP? Do you have any experience with this?
