Purolator tracking not auto-recognized – no data

Hello,
I am using Purolator (canada) as our Courier.

Tracking information does not work on website’s woocommerce tracking page

I believe the issue is the tracking number is not being recognized as a Purolator Number.

When I go to aftership or trackingmore website they do not auto-recognize number. I must choose Purolator for it to show results.

I am using easyship for tracking.

Is there a fix for this issue or not?
