Paypal Tracking not uploaded!

Hello, I am using your app for quite some time only to find that the app don’t update the tracking informations in my Paypal account!

I don’t know why since I have followed all the steps (I didn’t create a Sandbox account though since i am using my real Paypal account for transactions)

Can you check where is the problem please!
