Is the product sync status temporary?

Hi,
1 – If I set “If a variation is no longer available” to “Disable”. When a disabled variation returns in aliexpress, will it be rehabilitated again?

2 – if I set “If a product is out of stock/no longer available” and “If selected shipping method is no longer available” to “Change product status to Draft/Pending/Private”, when the product returns to aliexpress, will it be rehabilitated again?

3 – If I set “If a variation is no longer available” to “Disable”, in the below product, will the china variations disappear?

4 – Some emails are not showing the new price like below:
#7025 sale price changed from 33.99 to
#7026 sale price changed from 25.99 to
