Update cart button

Is there a way I can have it so the cart total is manually updated, instead of automatically. It saves a few requests.

It would be even better if it could be updated instantly, and then updated on the backend on checkout, but I don’t know if such a thing is possible at all in woocommerce, so if I can enable this instead it would be helpful.
