Some customers can not buy. Message: “There are no shipping options”

Hello, we have a problem with the plugin and the shipping options. Some customers tell us that they can’t buy because they get the message “There are no shipping options”. Actually, there are shipping options available, but the plugin’s geolocation detects them outside of an area where we do ship.

We have tried with another multicurrency plugin and this does not happen.
