Is this plugins automatically get shipping cost of the product?

Hello sir, I am currently doing some research on the product and checking. But one issue i faced that. My location is Bangladesh and when i do dropshipping business product will send from different location to different location. Suppose it will go china to USA then how the shipping cost will be calculated. I am worried about this part. Now i want to know how your plugins solve this problems?
