Can I leave only the shipping costs in another currency?

Can I leave only the shipping costs in another currency?
I have the whole site in dollars but I require shipping in pesos

I use the plugin to change the prices from dollars to Mexican pesos but the shipping cost, which is already in pesos, is taken as if it were dollars and makes the change for me, giving a very high cost.
