Another Field possible?

Hello,
i´m using for a customer of mine your Plugin Lucky Wheel.

Under the Tab Custom Field there are shown:
Name
Phone
E-Mail

So is it possible to generate an new Field called CITY?
–> {City}

If i can´t do this by myself…
Would you be able to generate this extra Field for us?

And another Question:

where can i translate the following:
– Please enter your name
– Please enter your mobile
– Please enter your email

into German?
