Front End Tracking Display

Hello,
I recently started using this plugin and I noticed that their appears to be an issue with the layout of the icons (or icons missing) and the numerical order of the tracking steps. I have checked this in the design template in WordPress and the settings seem to be correct in the design preview but the live front end output isn’t correct.
I have attached details of the current front end output and the design preview in the published customization settings as it should appear on the front end.
The way I understand it, the initial collection of the package should be step 1 – not step 16.
In regards to the icons, my front end tracking is missing the “Pick Up” and “In Transit” Icons

Is there something I am not doing right?
