Tracking is not working.

i tried with a real order and it says the whole time tracking data is not available. please come back later.

i use usual DHL and the trackingnumber works on the dhl page. as i turned of the 3rd party (because we dont need it and use only dhl or usual carriers), the message disapperas directly and i can try to track again. so its not working for us.
maybe you know this issue and can helps.
