Help with “0.00” pricing for different currencies –

Hi,
We are hoping to set the price for certain countries to zero and for this to trigger the ‘woocommerce is_purchaseable’ filter so that we can display a POA notice instead of the price on the front end. Is this possible with the plugin or would this need to be custom coded – if so is this something that you can offer?
