Coupon code don’t show right

Hi!

I have some issues.
My coupon code don’t show up with borders or looks like the coupon code in the documention. I get no borders and the scissors are placed wrong.

I use Flatsome theme but I tried to change the theme to a WP standard theme, but the issues with the coupon code/coupon box are the same.

Nothing happens when I change the border size, border color, coupon color ect.
