in process mails are not sent

When the costumer pay by credit card the status is moving automatically from pending payment to processing. The admin received only for the new order but the customer dont receive the mail (processing)
if on woocommerce manually I select save order and send Email (processing) the customer receive it.

I have the same problem for the others status (for example “consignation”…)

When I desable the plugin all the default mails are sended automatically
How can I check why theese emails are not sent?
