Purchase note added automatically in customized email after order made

Hi!

I would like to ask if this is an email customizer plugin related issue.

After the customer made a pruchase the single product gets a purchase note automatically saying “Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date.” and it shows below the product image in the custom email what is sent to the customer. (Image attached)

Is it possible to hide this information or prevent from created automatically?
Maybe its not related to this plugin but is the a hook or filter to hide this info in the order compltete emails?
