Orders made on behalf of Thai Nguyen

I don’t understand what is happening on my website.
A few weeks ago, I gave my credentials of my site to your team for an intervention.
The person worked on my site and added some CSS code in Additional CSS of my site and everything works fine. Thank you.
But since there, we always receive orders for wicks on behalf of :
Thai Nguyen
Thai Nguyen
Vietnam

This at least more than 10 times. Each time, I delete telling myself that it is an error but I always receive this corder without knowing what is happening.

I even blocked the whole ‘Vietnam’ country but I just received this order again while my site is offline. Because it’s in process for now and not online.. Here are the pictures attached.

So what is it?
