Provided Transaction ID is Not a Seller PayPal Error

I cannot get the PayPal functionality to work.

When I click Test connection, the credentials seem fine

Strangely that top one breaks after clicking “SAVE”. I put in the correct secret, test it successfully, save it, borken again.

Updating an order always throws an error:
