Please help with my MultiCurrency plugin (cannot access the correct support even though I bought the plugin TWICE)

I need urgent help with the MultiCurrency plugin. I have sent a request before, with no response from you.

I have bought the plugin twice now but it is still not working properly on my website. It is not showing other currencies.

Please have a look at my problem, I will send you login credentials when you respond.

And please do something about the support system. I am not able to access MultiCurrency support. They are asking for a code which I have no idea how to retrieve.
