Edemilson LimaParticipant1) On the Import Product tab on the vendor’s panel, display the Short Description field just below the Title field on the import form. It would be interesting to have this field available and already filled-in with the same content as the title that comes from AliExpress. At this point the vendor can choose to keep the field as it is and type a shorter title or clear the field if she don’t want to use it.
2) On the Import Product tab on the vendor’s panel, display the price range of variable products (without editing, as it is presented on the product page). This will be useful for checking the price, without having to go to the Variations tab. There may be a link next to the price to open the Variations tab.
3) In the Video tab of the import form in the vendor’s dashboard, allow removing the video before importing.
4) Replace the product link to AliExpress in my store: If a product is no longer available on AliExpress (discontinued or out of stock) the vendor could get an identical product from another seller, with the same characteristics. It can often happen that a customer buys the product and it is no longer available, so this feature would allow the vendor to serve the customer and keep the product alive in the store, without having to generate a new page or publish new ads on the social media and marketplaces. In this case, the plugin needs to be smart and check if the product can be delivered for an equivalent amount to the customer in the order that is still open. If not, the vendor will have to look for another seller. Many AliExpress sellers sell the same products, so it’s not hard to find. If the price is more expensive, the plugin can reduce the profit margin to keep the original price on open orders. In this case, it would be nice to send an email to the vendor, notifying the reduction in profit. And if the price is equal to or greater than the amount sold, the order is placed on hold, until a new product is indicated by the vendor.
5) Products with multiple sellers: it would be similar to item 4, but allowing the same product to be linked to multiple products on AliExpress. the plugin could allow the admin to select which seller to make the purchase from when placing the order. In this case, the plugin would have to display the values and delivery times for each of the available options. The plugin can already select the best option (with the lowest price, the shortest delivery time and sufficient quantity in stock). Maybe the “Map existing Woo product” field already does this, but I haven’t tested it to see if that’s the case.
