I am having troubles with a plugin that gets the incorrect price of the product

I am having trouble with a plugin (OneClick Chat to Order) that gets the Price of the Rate + Exchange Fee, instead of the fixed price of the product for all non-dollar currencies.

What could be happening, and what could be a possible solution?
