issue with currency changing on checkout page

hi there

i have a site in hebrew
the default currency is in ILS
product page = https://shop.schocken-jts.org.il/product/the-high-holy-days/
which had a default price of 80 ILS
and a set price of 20 USD via the product page settings.

I change the product to USD and add to cart
on the cart page – it shows in USD as it should but then when i checkout https://shop.schocken-jts.org.il/checkout/ – the prices shown goes back to ILS

Can you pls explain why?
