Order confirmation – image size

Hi,
i find several support tickets with the same topic but i do not know the solution for this problem.

I have Outlook 2016 / Win 10 installed and also the problem with the image size.

When i am not download the images the email size is okay. After i download the size the images are too high. I just set a hight of 100px in the setting.

How can i fix it? I guess 2016 are not so old and often used from customers….Many thanks
