Wrong formatting of password reset emails triggerred from WP dashboard

Hello!

We’re using your WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium plugin (do you need an Update Key for verification?)

We see an issue with one typ of emails as when the user trigger reset password from /my-account/lost-password/ – everything is fine and the mail is correct with your template, screen here:

but when our admins trigger option to reset password from /wp-admin/users.php the mail is not correct ( i can see some html code, please check the screenshot: https://assets.tuning4web.com/not-correct_292F5CFF.png )

We’ve also tried default reset password template from your plugin and it’s also not correct: https://assets.tuning4web.com/not-correct2_292F5D48.png

but when we disable (move to trash) your plugin password reset template – the default reset mail is correct:

Can you fix this issue so that our admins can trigger password reset emails?
