EXMAGE – WordPress Image Links – Upload via a custom URL with parameters

Hey guys

Is it possible to add an image via a custom URL with parameters, for example: myblog.com/wp-admin/upload.php?imgurl=https://forum.myblog.com/image-url-here.jpg

Use case: I have a forum from which I want to easily add images to wp media library. I would simply add a button visible only for staff and add a button with that URL.
