Checkout loading forever for logged out users and duplicate payment on checkout

I love this plugin so far but I have 2 issues with it.

When a person is logged out and clicks checkout, it is loading forever and doesn’t move on to the next step.

Also on the checkout page there is a duplicate of the payment section.

Please assist, thanks.
